Green Policy

Press2Talk Green Policy

At Press2Talk, we take our environmental responsibilities seriously. We’re committed to reducing our impact on the planet and making sure our operations are as sustainable as possible. Here’s how we’re doing our bit for the environment:

Energy Efficiency

Using Efficient Equipment: We ensure that all our equipment is energy-efficient to reduce electricity use. We also turn off anything we’re not using to save even more energy.

Waste Reduction

Recycling: We’re big on recycling. From office materials to packaging and electronic waste, if it can be recycled, we make sure it is.

Reusing Packaging: We try to reuse packaging whenever we can to cut down on waste and reduce the need for new resources.

Sustainable Logistics

Smart Site Visits: To save on fuel and reduce our emissions, we plan our site visits carefully, grouping clients in the same area. This means fewer trips and less environmental impact.

Eco-Friendly Fleet: Our vehicle fleet meets the Euro 6 emissions standards, which helps keep our transportation as green as possible.

Remote Working

Promoting Remote Work: We encourage remote working to cut down on unnecessary travel, which helps reduce CO2 emissions. It’s good for the planet and for our team’s work-life balance.

Equipment Recycling

Maintaining Equipment: We keep our radio communication equipment well-maintained to make it last longer. When equipment comes back to us, we give it a full refresh and put it back into our hire fleet.

Client Equipment Buyback Scheme: We also encourage our clients to recycle their old equipment through our buyback schemes. This helps reduce electronic waste and supports a circular economy.

Continuous Improvement

Always Improving: We’re always looking for ways to be greener. We keep up with the latest sustainable practices and find new ways to integrate them into our business.

At Press2Talk, we’re dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment. By following these principles, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint and promote a culture of sustainability within our organisation and beyond.
