IC-M25EURO Buoyant Marine VHF Radio

Icom’s IC-M25EURO buoyant marine VHF radio combines functionality with style. This model stands out with its ability to float and flash when dropped into water. It boasts a sleek, slim design and is the lightest floating VHF radio available, weighing just 220g. Charging is convenient with a USB connector that is compatible with various devices.

The IC-M25EURO is incredibly lightweight at 220g and features a slim 30.5mm body for comfortable handling. Its large LCD display and well-designed, curved buttons ensure easy operation. The display is 30% larger than the previous model, the IC-M23, making it easier to view the channel number and status icons.

When dropped in water, the IC-M25EURO floats and flashes, with the front LCD and key backlight and a red LED light blinking from the rear panel for easy retrieval. It even floats with the optional HM-213 microphone attached.

The built-in 1500mAh lithium-ion battery offers 11 hours of operation with 5 Watts of transmit power. Charging is straightforward with a Micro-B USB connector, and it can be fully charged in about 3 hours using the supplied AC adaptor or other compatible USB chargers.

The IC-M25EURO ensures clear voice reception with a powerful 550mW audio output. The VOL/SQL button makes volume adjustments quick. The optional HM-213 waterproof speaker microphone adds convenience for leisure users.

Additional features include IPX7 waterproofing (up to 1-metre depth for 30 minutes), a 4-step battery life indicator, Dual/Tri-watch functions, instant access to Channel 16, quick channel selection with the Favourite channel function, noise squelch control, auto scan function, LCD auto backlighting, and AquaQuake draining function.
